The platform separates system administration from each tenant agency. Public onboarding creates the tenant foundation, then each tenant runs its own agency site, admin area, subscription lifecycle, and client access paths under its assigned subdomain.
Tenant layer
Agency users, clients, suppliers, bookings, payments, packages, settings, and templates are scoped by tenant.
Lifecycle layer
Signup starts a trial, renewal extends the active period, and expiry sync moves overdue tenants into past-due or suspended states.
Routing layer
The app resolves subdomains, loads the assigned tenant context, and serves the agency homepage before protected admin or client routes.
